What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges will depend on your location and shipping address. For orders above $500 we ship free if you’re in the USA.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All of your info is secure. Your information is not disclosed to any organizations outside of us. We only gather information that is necessary to fulfill your request. When we have completed processing your order, this is promptly removed.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an invoice immediately after your order is completed.

How long does it take to process the order?

It takes 24 business hours to process the order after the transaction has been successfully completed.

Do you serve customers worldwide?

We serve customers in numerous countries. The shipping fee and delivery times quoted on our website pertain to orders being shipped to the United States so these may vary for deliveries to other countries. If you reside outside the United States, please contact us by telephone or email for special instructions on order placement, payment options and delivery times.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After placing your order, pay for it, and then send us a copy of your payment slip or a scan of it. Your package will be delivered to your address once your payment has been approved.

Once I have placed my order, how long does it take before my order will actually be shipped?

After your order is placed and we have received complete order information, it will take approximately 3 business days to process your order and once processed, your order will be shipped.
